App crashing when server not available

Hi,

as I am working on multiple monitors and with different monitor setups I love multiwall.

Anyway, as I am working for a bigger cooperation where network is restricted I have a problem.
Unfortunately the app crashes on start up, when the remote server is not available.

Could you please fix this?
