Update for Firefox Quantum

This is a daily use add-on for me in Firefox and after the latest update to Firefox 57 it is apparently no longer compatible. Please tell me your still developing for Firefox and an update is coming soon. I really don't want to switch to Chrome if it can be helped.

I have had a few queries about this from users, I will be looking into it when I have time, I myself am not a Firefox user, but do aim to support it.

It has been updated now and updated the new API.
Version 1.8 should support Firefox Quantum.

I found it in the addon manager and installed fine, yet it doesn't appear to be working with any sites. Reddit, 4chan, google images. Gives a black screen with "img2tab: no items" when it bothers to even open a tab.
