another crash-upon-start bug

In both 64-bit and 32-bit AND both the latest version and previous version, I get the attached error, then a crash when I hit "OK". I tried installing the latest version of .NET 4 just in case I didn't have the latest, but that didn't fix it. thanks for the help!

Are you still having trouble? just seemed like a connectivity issue either on my end or yours.
